Why are you doing this?
I already built my Airbnb business that is very successful. Now I'm just looking to give back and help others. I do have some paid Done-For-You services but you'll never need those unless you just want to save time at some point. I highly encourage you actually learn and love the business though!
How much can I expect to make with Airbnb?
This can vary based on your level of effort, ability to scale, and your local market. Most of my students make between $4,000-12,000/mo per property! Now obviously that's before expenses come out but I always teach to NEVER take on a property that would make less than $1,000/mo in cashflow (profit).
